"The .zip file will not extract using Windows XP and the .exe file itself does not install. This is basically a waste of time to download."

"This drive was the best anyone could ask for. I could burn any media, at any speed I wanted, regardless of how cheap the media was or speed it was supposed to burn. I upgraded to this firmware thinking I had a problem with the drive (it wasn't the problem) ever since then, I need only high end media, and whatever speed media I put in, thats what it burns at. No longer bu

Winrar tells me there are no files to unpack."
