"came from ASUS... This is the Win2k/XP driver! I already had it!

NOT specifically for Vista, but works!

3Com has NO info on 3C940 whatsoever!

ASUS motherboard (built-in NIC) has no Vista drivers whatsoever!

3Com does not answer emails and their phone support is USELESS!

"Good stable driver. The driver reached maturity in 2002. Becuase it's reached maturity, 3COM saw no reason to release a new driver. The only downside I found to this is that the Blizzard Installer saw the driver as out of date, and so it would enable P2P downloads for the lastest WoW patches. A really pain since the direct HTTP downloads performed by the installer are much
