"does not work on 2000 pro.windows says that the best driver (from microsoft) is the best match for this card but it is not as resolution is fine but color depth is only 256 colors.which is crappy.driver wont make any difference"

"Windows 2000 detected the driver but did not recommend using it over my current version:

Cirrus Logic 5446 Compatible Graphics Adapter

Driver Provider: Microsoft

Driver Date: 11/18/1999

Driver Version: 5.0.2184.1

I installed it anyway, but after the reboot, the driver information stayed the same."
