"Didn't have any luck installing from floppy as advised. This worked for me.Open the file pickup SetupIO drop and drag to setup Dao Setup MFC and now I have a scanner that works. I am running XP pro."

"The setup file could not be found after unzipping and saving on a floppy. This does not work with Windows XP for Pacific Image Scan Ace 1236p."

"Great this driver works umder XP Pro. I have noted the comments about the compatibilty with regard to XP operating system. In most cases the windows 2000 drivers will get the thing to work. however I would suggest that you install it thus. 1. Unzip the file and put the contents onto a floppy. 2. Before installing open the files and go to the setup file. 3. right click wi

"Okay, from the phrase "All Windows Versions," one could naturally conclude that you had to have been including the CURRENT version, Windows XP in that. But when you read the OS's listed out - XP is nowhere to be mentioned. So before anyone downloads it and busts a vein trying to install something that won't work, can you clarify as to whether or not this driver will work f

"Have downloaded the driver, but haven't installed as yet as I'm still looking for the transformer settings - ie polarity & voltage. I live in South Africa - if it makes any difference to the difference in voltage requirements?!? Thank You"
