The modem I used this driver for was a Diamond MM card with no model numbers on the card anywhere. I found a driver using the Chipset ID. So, this driver should work for any card using the Conexant CX06834-12 Chipset. Though the driver is published by Diamond MM, so it may not function with other brands...
I have tried this driver on Windows 95B and C, Windows 98 and SE. Windows XP Professional detects the modem on it's own, so there is no need for this driver(at least I didn't need one). I am unsure if the Driver works with Windows ME, or NT(I don't have them available to test with). This driver was very easy to install. When Windows 9x detects the device, choose cancel, then extract this driver, it will place all the files in a Folder named C:\DIAMOND SUPRAMAX 2750\. Find the
