"Thank you, a computer person removed the driver from my hard drive. He thought I did not need it anymore. My original disk had gone bad. Now, can you still get supplies, such as drum, toner etc for this printer?"

"Celissa, you have to run the print manager program (windows 3.1 looking proggie) for it to work correctly. I ran into the same problem when I loaded it."

"I can not get this driver to work with XP. Any suggestions? I get a message stating that the driver is not properly stored on my computer's hard disk. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it."
