"I try this Driver on my MSWinXPSP3 RTM, simply run the "Setup.exe"...

After PC reboot, the installation process will still ask 3 times a further of this Driver file locations - 1st location will be "Windows\System32" folder, and for second two, location will be exactly the same from where you execute the, already upper mentioned "Setup.exe"

How to Update FM801 PCI Audio (WDM) Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
