your correct in saying its for usb but it will still work a parrallel scanner like mine was before it died."

"Does seem to be valid, xp recognized multiple drivers for the listed scanners in the ini file. Unfortunately all those scanners are the USB versions, and my scanner is still an printer port (lpt1) version, so it didn't work for me but could for you if you have a USB scanner of the mentioned versions."

You should go to driverguide and download the number 4 driver in the list of most poular.

This driver was placed there by me and I got it from the Primax website.

Save the file p36ennt.exe to your pc and iof you have the colorado instalation disc install the scanner and taskbridge only then install the new driver, restart your pc and your scanner shou

I couldn't get my wizard to recognize the scanner so I manually copied and pasted the 3 files into the relevant places (tip if you're not sure where they go search in my computer for each file extension *.inf *.sys and *.cpl and bung them where all the others are).
