"The Sharp AJ 5030 is not XP compatible even with the driver. It will work on some machines but not on others. Won't function on Compaq & Dell Laptops. It could be just certain laptops, but it worked fine on all Desktops."

"purchased unit used, great shape, bought for scanner, scanner operation poor - slow, very slow. threw out. driver appeared to work well and was easy to install"
