"hi jerry thanks for the driver,i have downloaded it but when i go into capture picture if says that the scanner is not turned on ,when it is on ,there are 2 ports at the rearof the scanner dont know which to use left or right .**"

"Hi Jerry, Sorry mate, don't worry about the previous post. I've found the driver. I't at www.trust-site.com/customercare/ You just have to register first, then you can troubleshoot, download the latest drivers etc, for any TRUST products that they still support, I suppose. Thanks anyway, Steve"

"Hi Jerry, Help! I've got a TRUST 9630 Easy Connect (Parralell connection) flatbed scanner. Since I got a new pc (Pentium3, 450MHz, 128Mb RAM, 8Gb), & Win98se, it won't work. It worked fine on a pentium 233 MMX with Win95b, & 64Mb. It will pre-scan, but will lock the whole pc up on a scan. This happens when the scan bar returns to the home (parked) position, & the image sho
