This is a driver for WLAN's in Dell Lat X300 but works for Gemtek WMIB-114G WLAN cards installed on EMachines M5414 laptops. Just Unzip and open the device manager and update the driver for the missing WLAN. EMachines actually told me to get it from Dell's Website.
