Additional Notes

This is the latest driver build that i can find for this card

ive searched high and low for a non buggy driver for it

it was origionally a driver for the 256AVP but ive included an extra inf file for it to work with the 256AV

(they share a common driver set just the inf was omitted for the 256AV)

the main files

nm2200cp.dll

nm2200dp.dll

nm2200mp.sys

are all dated 2nd of jan 2002

trust me these are the best drivers you will get

the win 2000 drivers on driverguide

cause crashes on xp in certain modes

the default windows xp drivers have major direct draw problems

"Driver is working quite well, no problems. The reason why I have given an average rating for the install is because, since the original driver in WindowsXP is digitally signed, and this one is not, Windows will not automatically install this driver (even though the default driver is dated 6/6/2001 and this one is dated 1/1/2003!)"
