"el562nd4.sys file is a must to load on XP. This is the only place I found it."

"It sure works with WindowsXP. But only on first installation. If it is removed in the device manager, a new installation of this driver is difficult (impossible for a user like me) because Windows complains that the driver doesn't contain information about my device. On a fresh instalation of WinXP it works OK again."

"I installed it using window "new hardware found" and specifing dir for driver. Worked! Modem doesn't work, but I don't need it."

"The driver works partially on Win xp.

I succeeded to update only the network.

The modem is not operational with this driver (error 10 ).

"Worked for me in Windows XP SP1, but not before I installed the missing 16-bit audio-driver in the old laptop... After that everything was fine!"

"Driver installed ok, but modem device will not start (error code 10) and network device will not detect a link on a network cable. I tested the cable on a working network device to verify the cable worked. And, I tested the card with another dongle in case that was damaged. No dice. :-("
