This is for VIA 82C501 rev 2chipsets (ver 4.51pg)D/L file then unzip, make dos boot disk, copy .bin and .exe files to disk. boot off disk and at a prompt type "flash73 sb412.bin" program will load and prompt you to make backup of existing bios. Recommend you say yes and backup will be made to floppy then say yes again to write to bios. This worked fine for me. Should work with any windows os. use link www.fic.com.tw/support/motherboard/ motherboard.aspx?model_id=104 for other updates and more in depth install instructions. web site also gives recovery instructions should things go wrong so check out the above site first!!!
