Seems to work OK on my Windows 98 system. After downloading, checking with anti-virus, unzipping, Just went to Settings, Control Panel, Monitor -- removed ALL items under Monitor -- clicked refresh. System searched again for new hardware -- I selected browse and chose Gateway, and the new location. Windows did the rest. I checked again in Control Panel, and it showed CrystalScan 1572DG under the Driver tab. (I did not receive any system instructions to restart my computer, but I did that anyway.)
