This version of the knows MS KB888111 patch for Realtek HD Audio fixes Problems occuring after installing HD Audio driver on a XP OS that included SP3. Normally KB888111 can not be installed because it was included in SP1 but without it, you are probably unable to install Realtek HD Audio driver.

This is a fixed version that can also be installed after SP3 and makes the Realtek HD Audio work!
