"You need a USB drive formatted FAT16.

Rename this file to 701.ROM and copy to the USB.

Turn on the 701, press alt+F2 before Windows.

If it's stuck at Reading file "701.ROM" then the USB isn't formatted properly. I had to use an old 1G drive."
