"Using Microsoft Office 2000 on a Windows Vista 32bit without problems; I only had Dutch, English and French spelling and grammar.Installed the unzipped files in a separate subdirectory of C:\programfiles \commonfiles \microsoftshared \proof and named it "1031" (for german; a tip from a users builetinboard; 1033 is English, 1043 is dutch) but it did not work then,

"I have Office 2000 and Windows NT. I have had a similar experience as Jurry Ekkelboom - when accessing the spellcheck, a recieve an error message stating that there is either "insufficient space on the disk or drive" to initiate spell check. Any helpful comments would certainly be appreciated. Thank you."

"The spelling control works, but when I try to make use of grammar control I get the message that there is not enough space left on the disk to get grammar control starting. Do you have any any idea how to make it work, because there is in fact space enough. Kind regards, Jurry"

"It worked, but it didnt check grammar. I was disappointed, because i was downloading this ZIP 40 minutes. If somebody is looking for frammar proof, search for a folder 1041 (i do not remember the number exactly) or search for Microsoft proofing tools for office at www.yandex.ru There youll find the needed links for 20 or more languages. A SETUP FILE! good luck."

"Besten Dank! Es funktioniert wunderbar und problemlos unter meinem WinME. Nach ca. 35 min downloading Dauer bekam ich das, wonach ich seit langer Zeit suche. Ich habe nichts anderes tun muessen, ausser die o. g. Instruktion nachzufolgen. Wie gesagt, es funktioniert prima. Nochmals, schoenen Dank!"

"I am eternally gratefull. I tried to get help on the microsoft website and reply is still pending. -) Just a word of warning (probably unneccessary) People with limited hard drive space and slow connections beware ater waiting for the download to finish I was informed that I was lacking hard drive space and that the download could not finish or apply. If this should happe
