Additional Notes
This zipped file contains win2k/winXP driver for built-in Qualcomm USB modem that I found in AxessTel AXW-P1900 a CDMA2000 fixed wireless Phone. I couldn't locate this driver on either Qualcomm or AxessTel's website.So here is it for anybody who needs it.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
