This driver with the Tseng labs card specified above will drive a DEC fixed frequency 21" monitor. It is the only driver I know of that will run the fixed freq monitor. I can attest to it working in the two highest resolution modes and under Win 2000, 98, and ME in a Socket 7 motherboard

i shoudl have noticed when it wasn't a ini file, but rather a drv (for older versions of windoes
