I lost contact with KC USB-IrDA group but I belive they didn’t continued this technology. The Win2000 driver worked ok on WinXP SP1, but knowing how troublesome is SP2, I think it will not work. Please note that the driver has two sets of drivers within the KCIRNET and the KCIRUSB, install the KCIRUSB first and the KCIRNET later since it is the network emulator driver. Like with most USB devices, do not plug device when installing the driver until the operating system requires it.
