When I extracted it with winzip it asked for the name of the file to extract. It defaulted to TH99FREE. I had to add '.tar' to make it TH99FREE.TAR. Then it asked if it should decompress it to a temp folder and open it there. I answered 'no' and extracted it normally.
Then I ran winzip again to extract TH99FREE.TAR. The extraction process creates a folder named TH99 and deposits the files there. Within that folder is a file named INDEX.HTM. Open that file with IE or other internet browser to access the individual files.
TH99FREE.TAR is an 88 meg file. The TH99 folder it creates is nearly 500 meg (on a fat16 partition). So make sure you have sufficient hard drive space. You may want to b

In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button
Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
Select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.
In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
