This driver seems stable and works for the Solo 1150 A/C 97 modem. IT WILL NOT install with the installer automatically. Choose "I will pick the driver from 'etc'.", choose have disk, browse to the driver(under c:\cabs\gtw0012k.inf),doubleclick and the a/c 97 modem will be listed. Windows will tell you it can't tell if your hardware is compatible, tell it to go ahead and load it. Don't know if voice works(I don't use voice)but the fax works and can connect to the Internet.
