Mr. John Walsh of LogicGroup.com kindly responded to my e-mail request and gave me the link for the Calcomp Model 23120 driver from Vtablet.
I downloaded and installed the tablet driver on WIN2000 with no problems at all. It works great on my old table.
It has excellent documentation. A full version is only $65 and has many many features. Thank goodness for this web site and nice people helping people. Good luck.
