Just unzip the folder to a directory on your Hard drive, go into the device manager, open the properties on your 'pci communication device' and update or reinstall the driver. When the machine asks for the location of the driver, point it to the folder you unzipped the drivers to. This driver is a bitch to find. It was in my HP 8700 series pc. they won't give you this driver. The driver is also known as an Aztech SoftK56 Data Fax PCI Modem. This is how windows XP treats the modem, anyway. Windows 98 SE sets the modem up as msp3880-u modem enumerator. Hope this driver works for you, not sure if it works under earlier OSs. Good Luck and hope you avoid the frustration that I had for a week.
