This video driver worked perfectly for a HP Pavilion N3150 laptop (HP Model F1912A). This driver was almost impossible to find. I hope this will help someone so they won't have to go through the "suffering" I did. HP themselves didn't even have the driver available. NICE WORK HP!! Good Luck ALL!

How to Update Silicon Motion LynxEM+ Device Drivers
