"Didn't load well jamed up once, Remove nic card from device manager and rebooted,auto find located on bootup installed older driver (its a old machine) finished setup works Great!!!!"

"This driver worked fine to install my ACER ALN-320 V2

network card on Windows ME. Unzipped drivers to file.

Windows detected same on startup and installed card.

It couldn't have been easier.
