"My PC went tipsup so I refoirmatted and wetn to re-install XP but discovered that the CD drive has gone non-bootable. I tried installing this driver under DOS to fix it, but it didn't make any difference. Otherthan that the CD ROM works fine so I guess the driver is good and I have another problem."

"Just another fine firmware, but needs a little DOS experience. But it has an installation instruction though ^.^"

"This driver is for DOS operating system and doesn't list CR-594 as a supported drive. Did not work for me, as I have Windows Me."
