"I used update driver to install the serial port from the unzipped file and then installed the modem manually. It worked like a charm."

"Suffered a lot of broken downloads but eventually received zip file. Resumption of broken downloads on site would be a useful option. Setup of driver just never got past error message "No UMP3410 Serial Port"(or ".....3140..." ;can't remember exact report no)on installation. Will try to download again in case it is an incomplete zip file."

"The drivers did NOT work on My system.

I have A windows vista business 64 bit system.

Though it does work on other sytems (windows 2000,windows xp ,vista(32 bit)).
