This is the episode driver for windows xp...ya the one we all have been looking for that is not to be found on the internet, I got it from the manufacturer after a long struggle. inorder to use it you unzip the file to a folder and then you run the program, after that you plug in the scanner and when it asks for the install disk send it to the folder you created. it is not digitaly signed but works well with xp...enjoy

"The drivers work now problem, diagnostic/test also work no problem, however I keep getrting a Microsoft error when I open the Scan Manager, and then the program closes. Any one out there can give me some advice/help I would be most greatful, just email me if you have a solution. thanks"

How to Update RELISYS Episode Scanner ProdID x0103 Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

  • In Windows 7, click Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Device Manager

  • In Windows Vista, click Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Device Manager

  • In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
