"this driver is for the HDaudio, not the AC97; i have hp zv6000, try the other ATI southbridge one that is for WinXP x64, except you will have to boot with F8 everytime and "Disable Signed Driver Enforcement" for it to work. My advice: switch to x86 version of Vista since it comes with this driver direct from Macrosoft...at least until they get the drivers for the
