I made this hack for all the owner of a Sound Blaster Extigy that want to use it on Windows Vista. I make it available here as no support exist anymore for the product.
If sound device Extigy is detected but failed to install properly. Device Manager -> Extigy Item (with a ! icon) Reinstall driver -> device manager -> Select the current patched driver.
