"I used this driver with a Dell GX1 Optiplex with integrated Network Interface Card, for some unknown reason the OS lost the configuration and I was unable to get the original drivers CD, so I took a look on another computer of same model and saw that it was a 3Com 3C918 (3C905B-TX) NIC. Downloaded the driver and used the "use disk.." option during installation ..
