"What I have is a Tiny FU621D flatbed. Could not find the right driver as a Tiny on driveguide.com. Learned that Tiny (big company "administrated" Britain by another company that whos knows what and) and a few other issues then Learned Primax was involved so tried Primax FU621D and guess what it is on driverguide.com...installed it and works fine. "Installed on XP without a problem Tiny FU621D, USB Flatbed Scanner.

The downloaded exe when saved and doubleclicked unloads drivers to that same folder. When installing the scanner plug it in then direct the installation to that folder. I have not tried it on Windows 2000 yet.

I scanned the downloaded file with Avast Pro anti virus 29 Jan 2011

and it came up clea

"Dogs bits and bobs! considering the age of this scanner. I must admit I did not expect to find a working set of drivers

"Spent two days looking for this driver because I was given the scanner by a friend with no manual or cd. The install was simple enough but the stability is questionable at the moment will let you know how it goes."

"primax fu621d also in the past labelled by Tiny. you can use visioneer 6100 driver to run this device sonce primax and visioneer scanners are made by visioneer, and the driver by visioneer works very well if not better, thanks"

"Driver installed easily and and all appears to work. The only problem is every image is far to bright, turning down the brightness results in black text showing as a washed out yellowish colour? Tried all the settings but didn't have any joy!"
