"driver did not work at all. The isa card says that it is Sound Blaster 16, but this driver did not work with it."

"I used this driver in Virtual PC 2004 on Windows 2003 Server Standard. Unpack the driver file to a new folder. Point the "Add New Hardware Wizard" to the new folder. The driver isn't signed, so you'll have to click "Continue Anyway" but the driver worked great for me. I searched high and low, was glad to find this finally!
