Steps: 1.Install the Web.exe package and do not restart
2. Install the Up_lib.exe package (IGNORE any errors) and restart.
3. Let windows autodetect it and install the rest of the drivers automatically
p.s. The scan utility that comes with it sucks, so you will need Paintshop pro to get any sort of decent scan going.
