"The machine I was installing the driver on has other problems that will not allow this machine to connect to the network. I'm on the controller level now. The driver was good, the install was very simple, and it is stable."

"Pros: I've install this driver on a very old machine (Dell Pentium Pro at 200 Mhz) only to obtain windows updates. ABSOLUTLY NO PROBLEMS with this action.

Cons: I need de-install it because i didn't any more, so no more test. In any moment I ha've some throubles with another old scanner. I think it was becase of not enough memory (64 kb Ram)"

"I'm trying to get this NIC to run with Win2k, and I'm not having any success. The executeable just tells me to install the card, and restart the computer. I have tried to tell windows (through control panel's system/hardware manager//update or reinstall driver, but that doesn't work either. If you could help me out I'd really appreciate it."

"I was trying to install it for a 3C905C-TXM card. I unzipped it in a directory/folder, clicked on the PREINSTALL, and shut down. I physically installed the card and booted as instructed, pointed it to the correct subdirectory/folder and all went well EXCEPT there was no exact 3C905C-TXM driver when I came to the list. "There is 4 drivers I downloaded trying to get this 3com network card to work and none of them worked. Now I am not saying they are all bad they didn't work for me and that is odd for 98% of the drivers work no problem. But all 3c905c didn't work..."
