"downloaded this driver for tiny scanner model fu318d which is the same device as colorado 9600 usb scanner. it doesn't work in xp, this driver is for win2000 only. primax (who made the scanner for tiny) say it does work in xp but it doesn't. worse than that it f*cks up the usb subsys and prevents any other scanner from operating. microsoft recommend re-install xp to fix th

"Performance is possibly a tad slow, and some installation instructions wouldn't have gone amiss, but this driver has effectively allowed me to extend the life of a 5 year-old scanner, so it gets my vote."

"This driver extracts into a folder called win98.usb. Windows XP does not recognise it as it is clearly a Win98 only driver."

"Thanks for posting. It worked great and got my scanner going. Tiny is no help at all. No install with the files but you can point to them and Windows find them."
