"THIS DRIVER INSTALLED WITH ????? FOR TEXT AND CHINESE CHARACTERS FOR FILE NAMES BEING INSTALLED. ACTIVESYNC FAILED TO LOAD. I WOULD'NT HAVE USED IT ANYWAY. I THEN DOWNLOADED THE ITRONIXE MSAYNC.EXE FILE AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY."
