"It appears as no one knows how to install a modem. After extracting this file, please install modem as you would any other hardware... MODEMS icon in control panel... when prompted for drivers, click have disk and point to the folder where you extracted these files to... gheezzz! you'd think someone knows what to do with a driver after they find it."

I have the same GVC model of external modem but during the maintenance the guy swapped my disk & hence I had to make to do with the standard modem. Pl. help me to load it onto my computer. "i couldn't download from the canadian site, perhaps because i'm outside of canada? So thanks for uploading the driver here! ) My problem now is finding the jumper settings for an SF-1156HV+/R21 and an SF-1156HV+/R19. the manuals on the gvc site are 100% useless! you would think these people would have the sense to print the jumper settings on the card!! Has anyone found a
