"Working well! I still use my vaio pcv-200 to play & record music, media, DVD's, etc. Using the updated bios from Driver Guide.com, replaced intel 200 CPU w/ AMD-K6-233ANR, 128mb ram, added a Impact "M Art" card and a "real magic" card. Running Win ME lite, movie maker runs great, watch video with no chop and now the lucent modem connects at 4533

"My Lucent modem had the part number #DF-1156HV/A2B on it. I loaded this driver on a win 98SE system. The computer is a Compaq Pavillion 7285 (P-I with 64mb ram) but the modem is not origional (found at a garage sale). My new connect speed is 40kbps. Good enough for this computer. Thanks Driverguide!"

"This modem is JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!! This is the S**TTIEST modem in the world. JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK!!! Here's a driver for you. It's the circular thing under your desk that gets emptied once a week. Put the modem in there.. (I've found it works best in there)"
