"This program asks for the .exe file containing the driver. However, the driver files provided on this site are not recognized as such, and are rejected by the program."

"thanks a ton! was all set to write my scanner off as obsolete (and give it to my Windows ME using Dad) Now I dont have to get a new scanner! Sorry Dad!"

"On the Mustek site there is an instruction file. I saved the page as a text file for refrence to the same Floppy as the driver. It explaines how to manipulate the regestry in order to make the driver work."

"I notice that the comments for installing this fix for the Mustek Bearpaw 1200 is in addition to using windows 2000. Does anybody knows how to do this with a installation disc thats only compatible with windows 98"

"Once I figured out that 'run' in my winxp scanner file was the exe file...this baby loaded without a problem...thanks so much for this driver. Sure saves a whole bunch of hassle!"
