"In the orriginal CD Rom there is a possibillity to install in Dutch, but not in the Driver I Downloaded. So, I am going to look for an other optional driver, bu I will use the one I have now, untill I find an other.

"Apparently, HP hasn't updated their driver(s) to incorporate Win 2000. While the app. loaded, it locked up my PC twice while attempting to scan. This app. doesn't work!"

"I couldn't get mine to work. The software used to work and not find the scanner, but now it just says not compatible with NT. I'm using XP Home. I think I did everthing unplug, install then restart after plugging back in. Still no help. I don't think that XP is the problem, I believe the computer configuration is the problem. I'm running XP on an old 300Mhz proccessor. Ob

"downloaded already. Works with winXP but lost my printer. Maybe the installer uses the driver necessary for my printer. u must find sj674mu.exe to update and manually copy files needed for the scanner. sanning is done with an administrator account. have fun!!!"

"I had tried to search and load from the leading source HP sites lots of file drivers sj326, sj327, & s328. But none of them works until i have found this one-SJ648EN! previous files mentioned are updates as support files, though, for scanner. Tnx, Jerry K. It works!"

"UNZIP Error on Windows 2000. The shelf Uzip extractor says CRC Error, possible Causes Transfer error. But y tried it six times. I have a DSL Connection. It takes only 17 seconds. WHithout Error. Y dont know what to do. Can you help??? Thanks a lot, Franz"

"Didn't work. The install gave errors, diagnosed as a couple of files being in use. On fixing this, the scanning software starts but gives an error shortly after contacting the scanner. Scanner now useless. Thanks HP."
