"this driver did not work on xp for me but i found the right ones here www.mustek.com.tw/Support/ download all files on that page and the drivers are all there and work great on windows xp."

"Hi i bought this scanner off a friend but he didnt have the software cd nemore. So i got the drivers off the site but i have no panel in which to scan the images onto the computer. The mustek site provides the software for the 1200UB (PLUS) but not for the 1200 (UB) im so frustratred i need some software can neone advise something??"

"This scanner is causing me a nightmare, I've spocken to mustek technical support and they were very vague on the instructions. I downloaded there drivers and supposibly folled there instructions but it still doesnt work. Is this a lost cause, somebody please advise Thanks"

"isnt that just a little complicated ....isnt there an easier way to get this dam thing to work...ive been all over mustek site and most of these to no avail....help?....cause my scanner doent even show up in the imagiging device in the device manager....help is needed and appreciated"
