but the sysyem worked on 2.5 DELL IF REINSTATED WITH A NET CONTACXT TO LOAD DRIVER AUTOMATICALLY DOES NOT HAPPEN ON MY SYSTEM ???"

"Still frustrated. All the files extract to C \temp\SGCSU622. I follow the instructions given but when selecting the directory (using browse), I hit next and it comes back with Cannot Install This Hardware!! Still no scanner."

"Try as I might I have the same problem trying to install this driver as I've had with the one from the Canon site. I need the .inf file for it to work, there isn't one!!"

"I just wanted to say that, after great frustration from the canon (cr*p) website I came here, this driver fully works and is brilliant. One slight difference is in the instructions on how to load the driver. When the add new hardware box is there, sometimes you can't type in c \temp\SGCSU622, in the search location box, for some reason it only worked when i went to browse,

"URL downloads a different file to what I expect - instead of N1220USgcsu570d.exe, it downloads SGCSU622N1240U.exe - this may be an updated driver but my notebook does not recognise the driver as being for my N1220U scanner - please help!!!"

"I own this Canon Scanner, and it repeatedly seems to lose its twain connection. I un-install, then re-install, and it works fine for a day or two, and then loses its mind again! What to do? I hope these drivers fix my problem! thanks"
