"I downloaded this file because my Device Manager said it was malfunctioning. I had to open the file to execute the file. Device Manager could not recognize the file. It kept looking for a new installation of the printer. So I un-installed the printer. The executable file re-installed it. However, Device Manage says it is still malfunctioning."
