"I tried it on my PC but found problem to recognize the scanner,.. i obtained an update driver version from a friend and it works fine. I'll try to upload the updated one later on,.."

"The driver works for me but i have to restart my scanner after the first scan becouse it appares me a "read error". However after I restart the scanner, it workes quite fine."

"The install was very easy and straightforward. Follow the instructions carefully. Mine installed without any glitches. Now my scanner seems to work better than it ever did. On my old Win95 it used to lock up. Now it seems faster and quieter. I am not a computer guru, and it was a very easy install. Thank you DriverGuide."

"While installing the drivers it is asking for .inf file. But there is no files with that name. So there is no use by downloading this drivers. Let me know how to install this drivers in Windows XP.

"I tried it both on Windows XP Prof. and Home. It works. I scanned 70 photos and only 3 or 4 times I got the message "unable to read data please reinitialize scanner" (or something like that)"

"The Attached pictures from the how to install will not open.Relax your scanner will work! Just click on each picture (they're numbered) in sequence and follow them as you see them. I don't have to scrap this old scanner neither will you."

"It took me ages to work out that the reason installation did not work for me at first was because I had not read the html document "how to install". Just follow the instructions and you will find that it does actually work once you know how to complete the installation. Have patience and you will succeed."

"Went thru procedures, and still getting scanner not found under photo shop, adobe, or any other program that can access a scanner in xp, and info gives refrence to twain32 when apps only show mirascan, as well what is the correct driver being using for this 320p scanner?"

"That's right, this driver is for the 320p (P is for parallel). This driver is NOT for the 320u (U is for USB). I installed this driver just fine for my PARALLEL 320p scanner and it's working perfectly."

"I also found the driver from www.benq.com.au. Apparently they have taken over from Acer where scanners are concerned. Benq say to ignore the message that it isn't an XP driver. I did this and it's working fine."

"It was a real pain to get acess to your driver site also the drivers I manage to down load for my Acer scanner to get it to work with xp doesn't work at all xp can't locate the drivers from anything I got off this site, you should look into this and make your site and the drivers on the site more user friendly."
