"would not boot up, is the same as what i had on the cd that came with the modem. Used sp19604.exe rom this site and it loaded and is working great, have windows xp pro."

"The driver file was corrupt no matter how many times I tried to download it. A better and newer driver can be found at update.microsoft.com. A new XP driver for this modem is out there. And it works!"
