"Downloaded well. Should have worked. Have the original install but I'm not sure if I have a driver problem. Keep getting a connection error. works w/98 so it may be a vista issue. Computer recognizes device presence and I can access camera functions but when I click a button error occurs."

"The drivers i downloaded did not work but i found the disk that came with the shark camera the number on the disk is EOTSQAAA i will try to upload this driver if i can fugure out how to do it."
