"Good work! Unzipped files to a folder I created, opened Device manager, updated driver and pointed to the folder. Picked it up immediately and no need for a reboot, I instantly had sound. BTW, the system is an HP Kayak XAs/550 0203. Thanx again!"

"I too have a HP Kayak XU series 03 I was using the win2k drivers but the pref. was poor. I replace the drivers with this down load and everything works great Time to load NOLF2 (game) was cut from 2 minutes to 30 sec. Super Job Thanks Paul. I manualy installed them over my old win 2k drivers the Codec, MPU401 and gameport drivers. just updated them from device manag

"Whent startet to install the driver, system Win XP said driver did not have logo certificate from Microsoft. I installed anyway. After installing, some noises come up when using mouse and typing keyboard. I almost had a heart attack when the first sound alert came up, with all volume open.
